Yes. We provide functional samples for quality evaluation before any bulk commitment. Sample costs are charged upfront and can be credited against your first bulk order upon confirmation.

Our standard OEM MOQ is 500 units per model. For first-time orders or market testing, we can discuss flexible arrangements depending on the product and customization scope. Stock products are available from 1 unit for evaluation purposes.

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C for bulk orders. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. For sample orders, full payment is required upfront.

Yes. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before any detailed product discussion involving proprietary designs, branding, or market strategy. Your IP is protected from day one.

Absolutely. We welcome buyer visits and third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, Intertek, or your nominated agency). Our manufacturing partners have already passed Intertek verification and BSCI audit.

All shipments are inspected to ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 standards (AQL 2.5) before leaving the factory. In the event of a confirmed quality issue, we work directly with you to resolve it — whether through replacement, credit, or root-cause correction for future orders.
